01What products does BAIJIN manufacture?+

Our range includes erasable gel pens, standard gel pens, ballpoint pens, novelty and fidget pens, permanent markers and erasable pen refills for school, office, gift and promotional markets.

02What is your minimum order quantity?+

MOQ depends on the model and packing format. Each product page shows its standard and custom MOQ. Selected models are available for small trial orders, subject to the listed MOQ.

03Can I request samples before placing an order?+

Yes. Stock samples are free of charge, while the buyer pays the shipping cost. Custom samples may require a setup or plate fee. Typical sample preparation takes 3–7 days.

04Do you support OEM and ODM orders?+

Yes. We support custom logos, barrel colors, ink colors, packaging and buyer-supplied artwork. Send us your design files, target quantity and market requirements for a model-specific quotation.

05How long does production and delivery preparation take?+

Stock orders normally require 7–10 days after confirmation. Custom orders normally require 15–20 days after artwork approval and payment confirmation.

06What information should I send for a quotation?+

Please send the product model, exact quantity, ink color, logo file, packaging request, destination market, delivery address and required date. We normally respond within 24 hours.

07What are your usual trade and shipping arrangements?+

Our usual quotation basis is EXW unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are confirmed for each order. Shipments can be arranged through Yiwu, Ningbo or Shanghai.
