02Can the logo, barrel color and packaging be customized?
Yes. BAIJIN supports logo printing, barrel and ink color selection, custom packaging and artwork-based development. The customization MOQ for this model is 5,000 pieces.
03Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Stock samples do not require a sample charge, but shipping is paid by the buyer. Customized samples may require a setup or plate charge. Typical sampling time is 3–7 days.
04How long does production and delivery preparation take?
Stock orders are normally prepared in 7–10 days. Customized orders normally require 15–20 days after artwork, specifications and order details are approved.
05Where is this BoltShift Metallic Fidget Erasable Gel Pen best used?
